Inso-mania.

The sun is rather grand when we see it in Scotland. After sitting out in the sun from Mid morning till late yesterday I have paid the consequence... My head has felt as though it were going to explode.

Sometimes I think about throwing oneself from a high structure onto a busy pedestrian street.
